Third-generation head winemaker Jacques selects the parcels of Colombard. To maximise freshness, grapes are harvested at night and fermented cool, locking in zesty apple and citrus flavours.
The result? A bright, mouthwatering white that’s perfect straight from the fridge, or alongside seafood pasta, Greek salad and sunny lunches alike.
