The Wine
Mickaël Alborghetti and his wife Camille are the founders of this Ethical wine company. He is the grandson of a Burgundian winemaker and son of an environmental activist, spurred into action when he visited Bali. He was shocked by the amount of plastic deposited on the beaches. He returned home, quit his job and set up a company focused on quality wines produced with the lowest environmental impact – from the grape-growing, to the bottles to the transport. This is a delicious, southern French white – a blend of citrusy-fresh Sauvignon, with peachy Chardonnay and the intense apricot notes of Petit Manseng. Citrus and green apple, with hints of juicy tropical fruit, it’s an ideal white on its own or with chicken wraps or seafood.
