The Story Behind the Bottle
Averys Special Cuvée has been made for us by the superb Boizel Champagne house for 60 years. So, to celebrate, they've created a special vintage cuvée. This exceptional family was established in 1834, and has since been passed down from generation to generation. Over the years, the delicious own label, non-vintage blend has been selected by three different generations of the Avery family, but the house style has remained the same. In honour of this remarkable partnership, we are delighted to have this fabulous 2014. Half Pinot Noir from the Aube, with Chardonnay from the Marne, all aged on lees for 8 years, it's showing great elegance, richness and freshness, with a lovely creamy mousse. A delicious, complex fizz for any celebration.
