Grown in the premium Adelaide Hills, John and Josephine have made a cool-climate style Chardonnay. A large helping of the grapes were fermented in vat to retain a fresh citrusy bite, while a small parcel was barrel fermented to add a subtle creamy base. 12 months on lees and oak contact bring complexity and texture to this well rounded wine.
