Heritage Collection Rosé sees winemaker Tertius Boshoff take super ripe Pinotage from the family’s hand tended vineyards, which lie in the heart of the Stellenbosch Golden Triangle. Pinotage is a South African speciality grape, renowned for creating powerfully rich, fruity reds. Here, Tertius has captured all the grape’s intense depth of flavour, while retaining the crisp acidity that makes this pink so drinkable.
