Coonawarra may be best known for its top drawer Cabernets, but Redheads wine studio likes to buck the trend. They were out to prove it was top notch for elegant Chardie too. From grower Jack Bursten, Harmonie Rox is lemon fresh and creamy edged.

RedHeads likes to create a stir - not for the sake of it, but in order to make the best, concept challenging wine! The winery was started in 2002 in the McLaren Vale - a cellar where young winemakers could come in their spare time and make just the sort of small scale wine they dreamed of. Since then, the winery has put down real roots in the Barossa, building one of Australia's leading eco friendly cellars. It's impressive. There, surrounded by all of the Aussie big players – Penfolds, Wolf Blass and the like – they handcraft revolutionary wines. Harmonie Rox is a white reigning among all those Cabernet grapes, the Chardonnay taken from grower Jack Bursten's top vineyard. Fermented in French oak, half new, it's creamy, spiced and long.
