Enjoyed last year's ROC Cuvée? Now meet ROC Primeur. Bordeaux like no other. It's part of our Gentle Riot range - wines that challenge the rules and insist on a gentle hand on the planet. That's both in the vineyard and the cellar. ROC Primeur is a juicy, crunchy-fruit Merlot, made in the cooler 2021 vintage. All forward, plummy flavour, with no hard edges (tannins). Winemaker and revolutionary behind it is Clement d'Agostino, who discovered an amazing vineyard just across from Saint-Emilion, on the same prized limestone ridge. Its nature-obsessed owners are one of the top families of Bordeaux and the grapes are something else. Crafted with a gentle hand, the wine beams with bright, juicy, ripe plum fruit. Serve cool for refreshment.
