This gorgeous pink Shiraz, with vibrant berry fruit and freshness, has class stamped all over it. From Andrew McPherson’s hugely talented team, it’s a rosé packed to the gunwales with charm, just like the granddaughter it is named after.
"Gorgeous, summery, strawberry, cherry with a hint of pomegranate. Fantastic any time"
Online Review For the 2016 vintage
A big hearted man who makes big hearted wine, Andrew McPherson is the man behind your perennial Oz red favourite, The Full Fifteen. He and his talented team also make this characterful rosé, chocka with bright fruit. ‘Big Mac’ today acts as ‘chief consultant’, while Jo Nash, recognised as one of the brightest young stars of Australian winemaking, now heads up the winemaking team. Mother of four, she not only works hard making the delicious McPherson wines, she also crafts tiny batch wines at home with her husband, another winemaker. Jo continues the McPherson tradition of delivering top value, easy drinking triumphs. Named after Andrew’s granddaughter, Lucie’s Promise is super fresh – tasty solo and great with white meats or spicy noodles.

spice, dryness, body, depth of colour - were scored, rated and ranked by professional tasters.
Next came the boffins, making all those numbers talk to each other. And then out pops the recommendation.
