As you'd expect of proper Aussie sparkling, it's made from ripe Semillon grapes from South Eastern Australia. But then the magic happens: the alcohol is oh-so-gently removed via a spinning cone process. This ensures that a minimum of the aroma and fruit disappears, while leaving behind a fizz with plenty of zing. Think ripe apple and gentle tropical fruit flavour with a lemony crisp zip and a flurry of fine bubbles. Share a glass with guests and see if they realise it has less than 0.5% alcohol.
