Strolling through Cambridge meadows, William and Lucy Lowe were inspired to create gins that capture the English seasons using botanicals from around their home. So Cambridge Distillery was born. They work on the principle that no two botanicals are the same. So they treat them individually, using a high-tech distillation matrix which factors in temperature, timing and pressure for each. That way, they get the very most from every one. Master Distiller William Lowe uses his expert palate to blend the botanicals for the final gin. The Japanese edition sees them stray from their usual English path, blending flavours of Yuzu peel, shisho leaf, toasted white sesame and sancho pepper for spice and freshness. Sip neat or in a Japanese martini.
