He’s one of Australia’s wine pioneers, helping build wineries across the nation before setting up his own estate (today rated 4-Stars by leading Australian critic James Halliday and noted for wines offering “very good value”). He’s a pretty hard taskmaster too, so only the best, ripest, food friendly Shiraz gets to bear his name.
