In 2015 it was named ‘Best Winery of the Year’ by Guía Peñín and its Solear Manzanilla was awarded ‘Best Manzanilla in the World’. Seventh generation, the company is still one of the most innovative in the wine world. And it's little wonder this sherry is so good – it comprises the bodega's finest richly nutty, dry Oloroso, sweetened by Pedro Ximinez, all aged for 7 years in solera. Reserve some time to savour.
