This course provides a general introduction to Sake, including how to recognise Sake styles, key labelling terms, guidance on how to match Sake with food, storage and service of Sake, and the recording of tasting notes. This is an in-person classroom course. Materials and wine samples will be supplied on the day, followed by an invigilated exam.
