We’re thrilled to have been named Online Retailer of the Year at the Drinks Business Awards 2025, announced last week at the London Wine Fair.

Over the past year, we’ve invested heavily in improving the online experience for our customers – and the results speak for themselves. But we know great digital retailing isn’t just about clever tech. It’s about people. That’s why we remain as committed as ever to brilliant customer service, with our loyal customers firmly at the centre of everything we do. We’re proud to see that recognised in what has been a challenging year for many.

As the judges put it: “Laithwaites is a business that continues to set the standard when it comes to online wine retailing, not just in terms of profitability and visitor experience, but sustainability too.”
