How can I make changes to my wine plan?
You can make changes yourself online by going to Wine Plans in Your Account. Alternatively call us and we’ll make any changes you require for you.
What if I want to change some of the wines?
You can change one bottle, two… or all 12 – it’s quick and easy online. There’s a wide range to choose from.
How can I be sure the case will include my favourite types of wine?
It’s simple. If you choose a Seasons wine plan and you tell us what wines you like in Wine Preferences online, we’ll make sure your cases are tailor-made for you with the wines you love.
Can I change the whole case?
Yes, for sure. Choose from all red, all white, all rosé, Australia, Spain, claret … to name but a few.
What does the 10% discount mean?
Wine plans offer our guaranteed best prices. You save a minimum 10% on the usual selling price of the individual wines that make up your case. Savings are typically higher than 10%.
Will I get tasting notes with every wine?
On a wine plan every wine comes with its own tasting card, so you can learn a little about the wine glass in hand. If you make a very late change to your case, or choose a named day, we’ll post the tasting notes to you separately.
Do I get the 10% saving on any wines I put in my case?
Yes. Even if you change all 12 bottles you will still save a minimum 10% on the usual selling price of the individual wines that make up your case. Drop in a couple of bottles you’ve enjoyed in the past, or those you like the look of from our catalogue and save on those too.
How often will I receive my case?
We’ll send you a reserved case of wine every 12 weeks, unless you choose a more frequent delivery. Plus there’s an extra case at Christmas if you need a top up. You can change the frequency of your deliveries yourself online at any time or give us a call.
What if I’m on holiday? Or have too much wine?
That’s easy. You can either postpone the delivery of your wine or miss the case altogether. Go online or call us.
Will you let me know beforehand what's in the case?
Yes. We’ll include a preview of the next case in with your wine each time. If you miss a delivery we’ll send you a preview of the next case by post. Or you can look online at any time. Let us know if you want an email reminder too.
And if I’m not in when you deliver?
We’ll leave the wine in a safe place and put a card through your door.
Can I choose a specific day for my next case?
Yes, online or over the phone, at a small extra charge.
What if you deliver the wine and I don’t want it?
No problem. You need only give us a call and we’ll arrange for it to be picked up at your convenience.
