From ‘Earthquake Winemaker’ to no-compromise hero ... now with two NEW releases to follow up his debut smash hit
Thanks to you, Dino’s ambitious new Sicilian red became an overnight star, hitting the headlines and wowing everyone who tried it.
It wasn’t so much that it sold out in 72 hours that delighted Dino. Or all the attention from the press. It was more that so many of you supported his sustainability-focused ethos.
Called w/o, shorthand for ‘without’, it’s a wine made without compromise. And today, Dino wants to go even further ... by sharing two NEW releases plus the latest vintage of his red sensation. And as ever, they’re about doing the right thing.
Meet the full w/o family – a superb white and rosé join the smash hit red!
They’re each made using local hero grapes native to Sicily, and all grown 100% organically – thanks to Sicily’s warm, dry climate and Dino’s expert care in the vineyards.
Alongside the original cherry-fresh Frappato, you’ve now a zingy, peachy white made from Lucido, and a beautiful summer rosé made with gently pressed Nero d’Avola. All so refreshing served chilled in the sun – yes, even the red!
The w/o wines also come in 100% recycled glass – or ‘wild’ glass – the first in the UK to do so. This means moving away from new materials being mined, and reducing the carbon footprint.
You’ll immediately notice the difference – from the eye-catching light green hue to the little shimmers and bubbles in the glass. Every bottle is unique.
But it’s what is IN the bottles that’s causing the biggest stir. And the thing we’re hearing most? “When are you getting more in?!”
The news that the new vintage is here, along with a new white and pink (available to buy below), is sure to please many. Make sure you don’t go without!
