This sparkling serve mixes gin, elderflower, and Harrow & Hope English Sparkling to make the perfect party cocktail, ideal for a summer garden party.
25ml lemon juice
1 tbsp elderflower cordial
2 shots of gin
English Sparkling Wine – we used Harrow & Hope Brut Reserve
Strawberries and mint leaves to garnish
Tip the lemon juice, elderflower cordial and gin into a cocktail shaker over ice.
Give everything a good shake.
Strain into a coupe style glass.
Fill to the top with the English Sparkling Wine.
Garnish with a cut strawberry on the side of the glass and a mint leaf on top.
