Tempted? Our Summer Garden Fizz is just the ticket. Light, zesty and wonderfully easy to make, it’s perfect for lazy afternoons and sunny celebrations alike.
So dust off the shaker, send out the invitations and mix up a drink that’s as simple as it is delicious.
Make our Summer Garden Fizz
This sparkling serve mixes gin, elderflower, and Harrow & Hope English Sparkling to make the perfect party cocktail, ideal for a summer garden party.
You will need:
25ml lemon juice
1 tbsp elderflower cordial
2 shots of gin
English Sparkling Wine – we used Harrow & Hope Brut Reserve
Strawberries and mint leaves to garnish
How to make it:
Tip the lemon juice, elderflower cordial and gin into a cocktail shaker over ice.
Give everything a good shake.
Strain into a coupe style glass.
Fill to the top with the English Sparkling Wine.
Garnish with a cut strawberry on the side of the glass and a mint leaf on top.
