SAY HELLO TO SUMMER WITH OUR WHITE WINE SANGRIA RECIPE
JULY 1ST 2025
WRITTEN BY JENNIE JENNINGS
Sangria’s long been the go-to summer sipper. But this white wine twist brings a breezy new spin with crisp, zesty New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc taking the lead.
Fruity, refreshing, and made for sunshine, you’ll find me drinking Sangria all summer long. But with so many different wine styles to choose from, there’s no harm in mixing things up every once in a while. Enter my white wine version, using New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc in place of a Spanish Garnacha. The cool-climate wine lends vibrant citrus and tropical fruit flavours to keep things extra cool when the temperature rises. Perfect for garden parties, lazy picnics or just a sunny Tuesday. I like to mix in fruits unexpected fruits too, such as mango, pineapple or guava, to really up the holiday vibes.
