Flavour Profile
If dry, elegant pinks are your thing, Provençal rosé is the ultimate go-to. Provence is the only wine region to specialise in rosé, and as The Independent notes, offers “a wine for almost any occasion, but also guarantees quality”. White Rock delivers every time – crisp and refreshing with delicate aromatics.
It’s crafted by one of the oldest cellars in the region, a local co-operative that’s been making fine rosé since 1912. For this wine, a large portion of Grenache and Cinsault was harvested from the high-altitude, limestone slopes of Sainte-Baume, capturing the purest expression of the grapes.
In the glass, look forward to fresh berry aromas, vibrant red fruit flavours and a dry, refreshing finish. Perfect to enjoy on its own, it’s also wonderfully versatile with food, making a great partner to salads, seafood and light chicken dishes.
