Flavour Profile
In 2006, Sacha Lichine bought this now legendary French Provence estate with one aim: to produce the greatest rosé in the world. To many, he has done just that. The property lies just northeast of St Tropez, an historic estate dating back to the 11th century.
Lichine introduced new techniques both in the vineyards and the cellar, working meticulously with the team at every stage. Grenache, plus Cinsault, Vermentino, Syrah and Tibouren from ancient vines are blended to create a wine that has amazed the critics. "The unbroken run of excellence is still intact" says Matthew Jukes.
The 2024 vintage is even more sophisticated and pristine, flaunting textured berry fruit, rose water and citrus notes. Serve with fine seafood or delicate vegetarian dishes.
