Cabernet Sauvignon excels in Chile’s Maipo region which has a mild Mediterranean climate and alluvial soils producing elegant wines with great structure. Sant Inés is a brooding red made from a carefully selected parcel, hand harvested, traditionally fermented, then aged in French oak barrels for a year.
