The vineyards lie at 600 metres altitude, which is perfect for clear, warm sunny days and cold nights, which bring out maximum freshness and aroma in a wine. This Limited Release white is a tangy-fresh blend of premium Chardonnay and just a smidge of grassy, lemony Sauvignon Blanc. All cool fermented, it offers bright tropical fruit, hints of apricot and peach, with a core of citrusy acidity. A very refreshing white, ideal with panfried fish or solo.
