This pure Syrah red from the excellent 2020 vintage shows off their terrific winemaking skills. Intense herbal black fruit, pepper and granite notes, with great structure and length. Will cellar exceptionally well. Tops with lamb or moussaka lentil bake, but open early and decant, or stash away.
