From a family Champagne house which so interested Rémy Cointreau and Leonardo di Caprio, they have both invested, this is the exceptional Réserve de la Terre. Their new organic release, it has exotic fruit, richness, poise and minerality. Very fine.

The Wine
The house of Telmont is over a century old, established in 1912 by Henri L'hôpital, gaining its new name, Champagne Telmont, in 1947. Today the great grandchildren, Bertrand and Pascale, are in charge, driving forward sustainable changes. Their ambitions include being fully organic by 2025, their growers being so by 2031, supporting biodiversity and only using renewable energy. Even the label is a departure from the classic, with full information and minimal packaging. Telmont is the name of their best vineyard and Réserve de la Terre is their fine, organic release, a blend of three vintages – 2020 (70%), plus 15% each of 2019 and 2018 – from five different vineyards, aged for three years in the cellar. A very classy and delicious fizz.
