Award winning Michel Huber’s Grüner Veltliner is so fresh it just had to be canned. This winemaker is renowned for his Grüner whites, so it’s no surprise his 2019 vintage took home three awards, including a Gold. Keeping sustainability close to his heart, Michel practices organic viticulture in both the vineyard and the cellar, while the canning is currently awaiting certification. Cool fermentation is all part of the deal to retain the fresh zesty flavours, while three months on lees adds weight and creamy texture to this tasty tipple. Canned for freshness, convenience and sustainability, this white is the perfect size to pack in a picnic. Forgotten the corkscrew? No panic! Simply crack the lid, sip away and recycle after use.
