Deeply refreshing Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that fully justifies the region’s world class reputation. Mouthwatering aromas of mango, cut grass and pink grapefruit promise satisfying mouthfuls of tropical citrus from this pioneering family estate.
"Still my absolute favourite. Nothing has beaten this beautiful wine yet"
Online Review For the 2017 vintage
Classic Marlborough Sauvignon with ‘leap from the glass’ freshness. Twist the screwcap and unleash the mouthwatering tropical aromas of the world’s most unmistakable Sauvignon style. New Zealand Sauvignon is now so famous it’s hard to believe that less than 40 years ago, when Phil and Chris Rose first saw Marlborough’s potential for crafting Sauvignon Blanc, they had to ask permission from the authorities! Back in 1978, the only agriculture deemed viable in what is now known as Marlborough’s Golden Mile – home to Cloudy Bay too – was growing alfalfa. Of course, hindsight is a wonderful thing, as is this latest release of Tikohi. The family recommend this as a glass solo or with salmon, spicy noodles or the local seafood catch of the day.
