The Story Behind the Bottle
Sam Trimboli is one of Australia's most in-demand winemakers. But after 30-odd years working for other wine companies, he recently took the big step of setting up his own winery – and we backed him every step of the way. In return, Sam crafted this cracking new white just for you – and it impressed the socks off customers and show judges alike. It won double Gold, five other Golds and a Trophy in Australia (plus 'Most Exciting Wine in Show'), plus stacks of 5-star customer reviews. Sam makes this from Trebbiano, a grape variety from Italy that loves the heat of Griffith, SE Australia. This new release has a very light touch of oak to bring a touch of creamy richness to the crisp citrus flavours. Great solo or with spiced Asian dishes.
