JancisRobinson.com praised 2021 as "a fantastic vintage for Viognier/Condrieu", while Wine Advocate called this white “a dead ringer for fine Condrieu”. Apart from its price! From an ace winemaker, this is a very fine, exotically spiced white.
We're sorry, this wine is sold out.
But don't worry, you'll find plenty more handpicked wines here.

The Story Behind the Bottle
Wine Spectator described Stéphane Ogier’s wines as “dynamic and elite”, while Wine Advocate wrote “the estate is unquestionably in the top handful of domaines in the Rhône Valley”. Stéphane took over from his father in the late 1990s, added extensively to the vineyards (he owns 10 hectares in Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu and Saint-Joseph) and built himself a gleaming, modern cellar. Terroir is his raison d’être. Grapes for Viognier de Rosine come from elevated, granite-soil vineyards bordering Côte-Rôtie, just north of Condrieu. Their terroir lends the wine its wonderful mineral elegance which balances the floral peach notes. Fermentation and lees ageing in oak for two thirds of the wine brings a creamy plumpness, matched by the bright fruit.
