The wines of Albert Bichot are characterised by their elegance, their delicate nuance – think prima ballerina grace and precision footwork. Its shallow soil and limestone bedrock result in the wonderful elegance, expressive fruit and silkiness of this wine. All of it is matured in oak barrels (40% new) for 14 to 16 months, to retain a fine balance of fruit and oak. Such a beautiful, charming and seductive wine. Try to tuck away for a few years yet.
