For our events, you will not get a physical ticket. For the Wine Festival you will be sent details for your e-ticket/s in the month prior to the event which we ask you to bring with you to the event either printed, or this can be displayed on a mobile device – if you cannot find this, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us on 03330 148 200. For all other events your confirmation email acts as your ticket.
On entrance to the Wine Festival, Vineyard Partner and Fine Wine tickets will be swapped for a wristband to give you access to the Partner Lounge and Fine Wine Room.
Tickets are valid only for the date and time booked. If you are unable to attend the event you have booked, please contact us immediately. We are unable to cancel and refund any event tickets.
Please note, for our standard events, if you wish to cancel at least 14 days before the event we will issue you a credit for the value paid or change of date/time (subject to availability). After this time, tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed.
For our Wine and Dinner Evenings, if you wish to cancel at least 28 days before the event we will issue you a credit for the value paid or change of date/time (subject to availability). After this time, tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed.
If the tasting is marked as sold out or has disappeared from the website, it is highly likely that we cannot physically accept any more people at the event. Do get in touch with us on 03330 148 200 or email email@example.com as we might be able to put you on a waiting list.
All our venues have good disabled access. If you have any queries about access at specific venues, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us on 03330 148 200 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll work with you to make it work for you.
We have a strict no admittance policy to anyone under 18 years old since alcohol is being served, including babes in arms and pushchairs. We reserve the right to ask for photographic identification with proof of age.
There are many spittoons placed around the tasting room and we ask you to use them. There are also water stations with copious quantities of mineral water for you to help yourself to. We are keen that everyone enjoys themselves but we encourage everyone to sip splendidly and taste responsibly. For more information, please visit drinkaware.co.uk. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol to anyone who we feel has over-imbibed.
