Credit must go to Hervé Sabardeil, the multi-award-winning winemaker who carefully selects the finest grape parcels from the Roussillon region to craft this luscious red. Old-vine Grenache delivers juicy plum notes, Syrah adds hints of herby blackberries and Carignan offers a peppery lift.
