Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow take mixers very seriously. After discovering most of the mixers on the market were full of artificial flavourings, aromatics and sweeteners, they set about creating the perfect tonic. After 15 months’ research and travel, the first bottle of Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water was produced in 2005. Since then, they’ve taken the world by storm, releasing a range of premium mixers including this ginger ale. The backbone of this drink is fresh green ginger from the Ivory Coast, which lends a lemongrass freshness to the aroma. Nigerian ginger provides a real depth of gingery flavour which is complemented beautifully by the earthy, chocolatey aromas of Cochin ginger from India. The perfect mixer for any dark spirit.
