Drawing inspiration from their children, Treasures symbolises life where anything is conquerable, where dreams become reality and where passion is everything. Grown in the premium Adelaide Hills, John and Josephine have made a cool-climate style Chardonnay. A large helping of the grapes were fermented in vat to retain a fresh citrusy bite, while a small parcel was barrel fermented to add a subtle creamy base. 12 months on lees and oak contact bring complexity and texture to this well rounded wine.
