Champagne may be France's most famous bubbly, but there are several other regions that produce top quality fizz and, being less well known, they offer excellent value for money. Three notable proponents - Crémants de la Loire, d'Alsace and de Bourgogne - are especially worth seeking out. This delightful sparkler is from the Cave de Mancey, which draws on the best grapes of some 80 local growers.
