More information
Chenin Blanc is a speciality of South Africa, "crying out for more attention" (Jancis Robinson MW). It's always lemony fresh, but in this stellar vintage, possibly the best for 30 years, it's even zestier. This fruit-sensation white is from the Bruwer family, who have been crafting wines for nearly a century. The current head of winemaking Jacques boasts three generations of family know-how and over the years, the team has picked up numerous medals, awards and trophies. He's joined with 'Young Winemaker of the Year' Philip Viljoen and delivered us this brisk, zesty white. It's all about fruit – lemony and fresh. And in its handy wine box, it's neat in the fridge, ready for use. Great on its own, or with chicken, seafood or stir-fry.
