We are big fans of Sam Trimboli's award-winning wines. Now working at his own winery, he’s made us this terrific Trebbiano that has won a string of trophies over the last few vintages. This year it comes in a handy size with a dash of Vermentino.

Sam Trimboli is one of Australia's most in-demand winemakers. But after 30-odd years working for other wine companies, he took the big step of setting up his own winery – and we backed him every step of the way. In return, Sam crafted this cracking white just for you – and each vintage it has impressed the socks off customers and show judges alike being awarded a string of trophies. He makes this from Trebbiano, a grape variety from Italy that loves the heat of Griffith, SE Australia. This year Sam has added a dash of aromatic Vermentino to the mix, making it even more light and refreshing than it was before. A soft touch of oak brings a delicious, creamy richness to the crisp citrus flavours. Great solo or with spiced Asian dishes.
