Customers were full of praise for the first release of this Cabernet from the Franschhoek cellar: "Cabernet Sauvignon has a new star", "truly delicious" and "nice, easy and relaxing". And we're delighted that this new edition is just as fruit filled, deep and deliciously drinkable. It's made today by J.D. Rossouw, a talented winemaker with a great deal of passion for his job, supported by the cellar's great viticulturalist Stephan Joubert. Richness and elegance are this wine's hallmarks once again, alongside a swathe of black fruit flavours and supple tannins. A Cabernet with New World 'oomph' but also with a little French sophistication and charm. A perfect choice alongside juicy sirloin steak or traditional South African biltong.
