For many years, these four families of growers in South Australia had supplied grapes to some of the big cellars of the area. Then they decided to see for themselves just how good their fruit was and to make their own wine. It's an expensive business, so they pooled resources, building a state of the art winery and supplying fruit from their own vineyards. They've had a lot of success, as you'll taste in this delicious, fresh Chardonnay. This white is all about fruit, no oak, with tiny portions of Muscat to lend the wine a hardly perceptible floral lift to the aroma, while Semillon brings extra body and lemony fruit. Chill down and enjoy – it's lovely without food, but equally tasty with summer salads, chicken dishes or spicy noodles.

"A really refreshing glassful of bright apple and peach fruit. Great with or without food" Dan Parrott
