Old mate Bob Berton has come up trumps again with this fruity three way blend. He’s taken the ripe citrus of Semillon, the buttered toast of Chardonnay and added the apple freshness of Chenin Blanc. All to fill the mouth with flavour and put a smile on your face. Who’d have thought it of a former accountant?! Bob used to advise folk on how to run their businesses. But he’d never run one. So he joined a winery to get some experience in the real world and has never looked back. In 2006 he decided to go out on his own. We were delighted to support him and have been buying his great wines ever since. Many are customer favourites, like the All Out range and Willy Willy Shiraz. Serve this glorious fruity white with spicy dishes or chicken.
