Our customers adore the creamy soft fizz of Prosecco, above even that of Champagne. We’re trying hard to keep up with demand, hence the release of this new fizz. Tarvisium is the old name for Treviso, the closest town to the cellar behind this bubbly. They work closely with the small growers of the region to ensure they receive the highest quality grapes come vintage time. After that, it’s the talent of winemaker Damiano Canali that guides the grapes and liquid through to the tasty fizz in the bottle. So tasty is this one, it’s already won a Gold at Drinks Business Prosecco Masters. Pure Glera, it’s light gold, with a gentle mousse and fine lemony and bright apple fruit. A delightful glass for celebrations, but affordable to open any time.
