Tenuta Albrizzi is a rich, plummy red that marries local star Primitivo with international classic Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s a dark, spicy, oak aged red made by a Trophy winning winery and champion winemaker in the region, Angelo Maci.

Tenuta Albrizzi is an unusual and delicious blend, combining Cabernet Sauvignon’s deep blackcurrant flavours with the intense spice, herbal and damson notes of Italy’s unique Primitivo. No wonder top wine writer Hugh Johnson says the region’s reds offer “undreamed-of character and potential”. The talent behind the wine and champion of the region is Puglia's three-time Winemaker of the Year Angelo Maci. His beloved Cantine Due Palme winery lies in Puglia’s superior Salento region. The cellar works closely with all its grower members to obtain the highest quality grapes and is equipped with the latest winemaking kit. This red will bowl you over with gorgeous depth of flavour. Gentle, complex and spicy, it’s great with red meat or game dishes.
