Sunlight is a Sauvignon Blanc for modern times, filled with sun-ripened flavours yet light on alcohol. It is made by local star Ben Jordaan using hand harvested grapes grown in South Africa’s Western Cape. 2017 produced superb Sauvignon with tropical fruit and cut grass aromas and a full, refreshing palate of flavours. Using the latest technique, the spinning cone method, Ben was able to reduce the alcohol in the wine from 13.5% to 8.5% without losing any of those all-important, naturally occurring aromatic compounds that give Sauvignon Blanc its distinctive allure. The benefit is 37% less alcohol and 30% fewer calories. A win-win for wine lovers everywhere. Enjoy this fresh, fragrant wine with grilled fish, seafood and light starters.

"Wonders will never cease! Gorgeous Sauvignon, light on alcohol yet no compromise on flavour!" Kirsten Willis
