Gorgeous, tangy Sauvignon brimming with lemony freshness and a name that is a cheeky play on words. Winemaker Jean-Marc is behind this zesty white that combines the best of the Loire with the same from Bordeaux and Gascony. Super crisp and fruity.

Sans Terre is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc from three of France’s greatest wine regions: the Loire, Bordeaux and Gascony. It’s a combination cleverly and painstakingly designed to bring out the purest Sauvignon flavours. The winemakers are masters of this grape, and, fittingly, are based in its original heartland of South West France (where the name Sauvignon Blanc very likely originates, from ‘sauvage blanc’, meaning ‘wild white’). This wine’s crispness comes from early morning harvests and cool fermentation in chilled stainless steel. Far from wild now, it shows all the clean, refined characters we love: lemon, peach, fresh-cut grass and flinty stone. You will find it perfect for sipping solo. Or enjoy with food, with any fresh fish dish.
