Jancis Robinson MW, like many top experts, believes “the quintessential rosé comes from the South of France”. And, coming from Saint Tropez, ‘the playground of the rich and famous’, this exceptional rosé has to be one of the very best value examples of all. As you’d expect from this star studded part of France, this irresistible rosé is supremely elegant with lovely raspberry fruit, yet with a subtle savoury edge and brisk minerality to keep the wine nicely edgy. It’s pure Grenache, the top rosé grape there, carefully cool fermented to capture all the fruit and freshness in bottle. Serve with ocean fresh favourites such as crab or lobster, pan seared tuna or grilled king prawns. It’s also great with white meats or creamy vegetarian dishes.
