The delicate, elegant pink wines of Provence are, for many, the pinnacle of rosé, the sort that makes your mouth water in anticipation from their appearance alone. Domaine Les Grès comes from 15 hectares of vines on granite rich soils outside Collobrières in the Var. Most of the grapes are picked by hand in the early morning to ensure tip-top freshness. Côtes de Provence enjoys a Mediterranean climate, well suited to the Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes that make up this wine’s blend. You’ll find it the perfect wine for sipping in the shade on a summer day. Enjoy solo or with barbecued meats, seafood and salads. But don’t reserve it just for summer – it’s a delight all year round. Berry fruit and refreshing acidity in perfect balance.
