This Limited Release treats you to Australia’s two leading red grape varieties. A luscious wine combining Cabernet’s ripe cassis flavours with spicy blackberry and liquorice Shiraz. These grapes have been selected from premium sites across two South Australian regions. The warmer slopes of McLaren Vale provide juicy grapes oozing with ripeness, while ocean-cooled Langhorne Creek gives a structured elegance. Time in fine oak adds vanilla nuances and gives a luscious velvety mouthfeel. A rich red to match with rich red meat dishes or hearty casseroles.
