An exciting, innovative white from a pioneering family domaine in the Languedoc. La Nuit Blanche uses a new grape – Cabernet Blanc. White skins, white flesh, it produces bright creamy apricot fruit and lovely freshness and last vintage won two Golds.

This is a white that will dazzle your taste buds. It's made from pure Cabernet Blanc - a newly created grape variety only grown at François and Vincent Pugibet's 4th generation estate, close to Bézier. And only a few rows at that. Making white wine from red grapes is always tricky because of the colour, so they worked closely with Swiss and German ampelographers and developed a Cabernet variety with white skins and white flesh. Its wines exude bright apricot and apple fruit with underlying grippy mineral freshness. Exactly what you’ll find in La Nuit Blanche. Carefully cool fermented, then aged on its lees and bottled early to capture maximum fruit and zip, this is a very pleasing white. Delicious on its own or with chicken or salmon.
