Responsible for the vines is Argentina’s finest viticulturalist, Pedro Parra, while Italy’s renowned Alberto Antonini is consultant in the cellar. Their favourite grape is Malbec, which revels in the warmth of Argentina, producing wine with velvety ripe fruit. Inca Tree Malbec is a classic from Mendoza. The jaguar on the bottle pays tribute to local folklore. The animal was sacred to the Incas and sightings of the elusive big cat were believed to give the beholder a higher understanding of the world.
