At this price you’re getting amazing panache for your pound – it’s smooth, rounded and full of lush plum charm. Having made his money in the construction industry, Luis Felipe Edwards Snr followed his dream and created his own wine estate, starting with a single piece of land and slowly buying up more and more vineyards. Today he owns a small valley with an ideal climate for vine growing and has a no expense spared cellar, housed in old colonial buildings on the estate. Its wines have won numerous top international awards. Enjoy this Merlot solo or with a vegetable gratin.
