Founded in the 19th century, Casa Girelli has stood the test of time by devoting itself to producing consistently high quality wines. Today their wide portfolio of wines is sold throughout Italy and around the world. The grapes for Decanal are grown on high slopes within the Veneto region. Have you ever considered why Prosecco is fizzy? The wine becomes bubbly as a result of a second fermentation inside low temperature pressurised tanks. The carbon dioxide produced at this stage dissolves into the wine. Serve well chilled in tall flutes, on its own or with canapés. It also goes very well with fish and chips!
